In a cash game, if you go all in, get called by someone with fewer chips, and then lose the hand, the software shows that you lost your entire stack.

In which poker room are you playing? Could you please send log file (poker_evolver.log) to support@pokerevolver.com so we can solve the problem. Log file can be found in 'logs' directory under Poker Evolver installation directory.

I tried to send the log files but could not do so. Computer said file was open somewhere, but it was not.
I was playing on Poker Stars when this occurred.

Close all programs and try again. Poker Evolver uses that file when PE is running. Does this help?

I will try again, but all programs were closed when I tried sending the logs.
What I meant by the Poker Stars comment was that the bug occurred while I was playing on Stars.

I got the logs to send.
I had to go and turn off the automatic Poker Evolver icon in order for them to send.
This is another "bug" you may want to look into.
I don't know if it will help, but the specific hand I am talking about is PS Hand 14039051026
