| I play on Ongame and the bankroll management shows me incorrect winnings and so on. I actually lost more money than it shows. |

Data saved by Ongame clients is not always perfect, which could cause this. You might also want to try to re-import your hand histories to a new database as we have improved the Ongame support in latest versions. You should get more accurate results this way. |

Just create a new database for PE from the launch panel menu by choosing Database - New... and enter a name for the database. After this you can import your Ongame database to PE by choosing File - Import Ongame database and finding the database under the installation directory of your Ongame client (for example "C:\Program Files\Betsson Poker\Resources\Databases\Statistics.db").
