Has it worked before and have you checked from the user's manual that your client is properly configured? |
I actually just formatted and re-installed my computer. Before re-installation I used PE in ongame's network and it worked fine.
Properly configured? What does that exactly mean? |

It just means that you have done what is said in the user's manual under section 'Configuring Poker Clients for live tracking'.
And just to be sure. Is this problem now with Poker Stars?

Stupid me. PE didn't work because I had wrong language selected. 
And yes, with Poker Stars. |
