Pokerstars released an update to it's software on or around 3/10/08 that was installed for me on 3/11/08. Since this update Pokerevolver
will not display the HUD and live tracking is not working. I checked all settings on pokerstars and pokerevolver and nothing has changed
other than what pokerstars included in their update. I have had no problems since purchasing pokerevolver untill today, even though
pokerstars has updated their software previously with no ill effects. Please help!!! |

Thank you very much informing about the stars update. It seems that this problem occurs only in the windows vista. We are fixing it and a new version of PE will be released immediately after the fix is ready.

Ok, our developers found out what they changed from PokerStars client and a fix will be out within few hours.
Auto Updater will do the updating job for you after the fix is released. 
Thanks for everyone who sent us mail about this. With your help we are able to fix things faster.

Thanks for the prompt response and fix of the problem. I will recommend Pokerevolver to everyone I know. It is a great product.
The only other glich I noticed tonight was after an hour or so of 3 tabling the HUD would disappear from one of the tables. If the screen was moved quickly you could see the HUD behind the table. I would have to exit Pokerevolver and restart it to fix the problem for about an hour then it would resume. Other than this everything is working as it was before the update. I am running Vista with PE in admin mode. |

And thank you once more for letting us know about the problem with Poker Stars.
We've noticed the HUD disappeared behind the table sometimes in the past and it seems the problem is still hanging around so thanks for telling this as well. We'll look into it.
