I have the current release 1.0.5 and the HUD isn't working... Any ideas?

Do you have hand history saving turned on?
See Poker Evolver user's manual for more details on how to configure client software of poker room so that Live Tracking will work. |

Of course... I am an original beta tester so I am fimilar with how the program works. It seems that the HUD stoped working after the last P* update. I am not sure otherwise... Please advise... |

Weird, just tested myself and seems to work correctly.
Is the exact version number 1.0.5.1? This can be found out from Help / About.
At which levels are you playing? Does the problem appear on all levels?
FL, PL or NL? |

I am not at home at the moment so I am not sure about the version. I do know its 1.0.5 but unsure about the .1... I will check and post when I get home.
As far as the stakes go is NLHE 6 Max $0.10/$0.25 I have also tried it out on the $0.25/$0.50 NLHE 6 Max with no luck.... |

| Hmm... Send us your log file, maybe it will show something. Log file (pokerevolver.log) can be found under PE in log directory. |

For some reason PE does not detect your PokerStars windows at all.
Could you send us a screenshot of PokerStars lobby window and a screenshot of poker table? We might be able to see if there's something that we must take into account. Screenshots can be sent to support(at)pokerevolver.com
There might be some setting in the PokerStars software which causes this and which we must find out. |

Thanks for screenshots. Everything seems normal.
Are you running PE with user who has administrator priviledges?
You can also try if re-installing Poker Evolver helps.
You have probably already tried to turn live tracker off and back on?
If nothing of these works, we will continue to examine the problem. |

#2 I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program
#3 Done it several times..
Any other ideas?? |

We have tried to reproduce the problem but with no luck and so we have no solution yet. We however really want to solve this.
I would like to know if you have possibility to try out Poker Evolver on another computer and test whether the problem exists? It would also help if you can try it on the same computer but with another PokerStars account. |

| I seem to be having the same problem with Poker Stars now. When I start Party Poker the tracker works, but for some reason it has stopped working on Stars All together, I'll test if it works on my laptop later. Would it maybe have anything to do with playing other cash games then Hold'em? |

I don't have another computer to use. I also don't have another P* acct. I have dl the new software version last night and I still have the same issue as before. Any other ideas? |
