I have removed the program and reinstalled it. I have not imported hands and HUD is still not working. Please let me know what else I can do. I don't understand how it can work for awhile and now nothing.

From the log file you sent, it seems that PE does not regognize any new hands saved by ongame client. Please try following:
- Click from ongame client: Statistics / Advanced / Create new statistics file...
- After new statistics file has been created, make sure that statistics is enabled ( Statistics / Enable statistics )
- After that shutdown both programs (Evolver and Ongame client)
- Start both programs and make sure that Live Tracking is enabled from Poker Evolver

Maybe this has something to do with the updates going on in ongame? The NL25 tables are gone and theres new NL20 and NL30 tables.

Thank you very much dlif, you are absolutely right. PE does not currently work with those new tables (NL20 and NL30). We are currently working with this problem and a patch will be released withing few days. The patch contains also fixes to some other problems.

It worked. Bankroll data is very inaccurate however. Stats seem to be ok...

Great that it works now.

The bankroll data is probably inacurrate because of all those hands that PE was not able to import.

I don't think so. It didn't work when I first tried it. And...this new database doesn't include old HH. Yesterday I made almost $500 and only $33 showed as profit. I believe all the 700+ hands were imported. I read that there will be an Ongame update in the next version of Poker Evolver?

Yes, there will be an update which fixes NL20 and NL30 problems.

There is however problems with Ongame client that cannot be fixed. These problems are caused by the Ongame client software which saves itself sometimes hands incorrectly to its local database. This same issue is with all poker tools and we unfortunately have to live with it and hope that folks at Ongame will fix it. The number of problems can be minimized by creating a new Statistics database from Ongame client every now and then.
