Q: Live Tracker and HUD does not work at PokerStars. What can I do?

A:

1. Make sure that you have configured Poker Stars client software properly. See
   user's manual for more instructions.
   
2. If that does not work, you can try this trick:
   From the menu of the Poker Stars lobby window select Options / Preferred seat... Then set yourself a preferred seat for each table size. If you already have seats selected you should still go through every table size and then finally press Ok. After that, close Poker Stars and Poker Evolver and then start them again and try if the live tracker works now.
