Hi, I have a problem with live tracking in party poker, Its not doing it...
I turn it on nothing happens for about 5 or 10 mins then suddenly I lose connection with the room then it reconects and the tracker box at the bottom of the screen is there but nothing in it and nothing ever appears.
Is it just me thats having this issue??
Have I done something wrong??
All the settings are set up as the manual says.

Does the exactly same thing happen every time? It would help if you could send us the log file 'poker_evolver.log' from such a run. You can find this file in folder 'logs' under Poker Evolver installation directory.
Also, how does the program react if you switch live tracking off and back on?

Yeah It does the same thing every time and when I switch the tracker off and back on some times it doesnt come back on or if it does it just does the same thing again.
Where should I send the log file?? |
