live tracking isn't working for the B2B network. I have configured it to look for the hand histories folder and the general folder but it still won't import the hands as i play. Is there anything i am not doing??
Also I can't import my poker tracker database because it says the file format is unknown (it's a MS Access file) |

If you're referring to the directories set in the settings you only need to set up one: The directory where the poker client is installed (for example C:\Program Files\B2BPOKER\Potraiser Poker)
Setting more than one for a single poker client might get you in trouble.

Try to import the database by selecting "File - Import Poker Tracker database" from the launch panel menu and send the resulting log files to us ( to support(at)pokerevolver.com ) and I'll look what's happening. You can find the log file poker_evolver.log from 'logs' directory under Poker Evolver installation directory after you have closed Poker Evolver. _________________ Evolutionary poker tools |
