Been using PE for awhile now but I dont seem to really get much out of it atm since I'm more of a tournament player and dont play much cash games. Also play alot of Omaha which it dosnt work with either. So I'm wondering if there are comming any new interesting features for PE any time soon?
For example are there comming any features that are being used in Holdem Genius (havent used this program but I've seen pictures) comming for PE or is that totally out of the question?
Well, if there is anything, I'd like to know since atm PE is just on standby for me. |

The whole concept of PE is about constantly adding new features to it so you'll see something interesting happening soon, that's for sure.
I'm not that familiar with the Genius so I can't say when we will add something that it has or doesn't have, but the features in it are in no way out of the question. We listen to feature requests and we also have plans of our own and that's how we proceed. If you have suggestions then let us know.
And as a tournament player you should like the fact that we're already warming up the tournament support. We'll do some other improvements and changes along with it so I can't promise it soon, but I can promise it's worth waiting for. |

Oh, from what I've seen and read Genius seems to be something like PE, it shows stats of players and how they have played but it also has an inbuilt system showing of the odds you have to improve your hand etc. Not sure but I think it had something like possible hands that the opponent might have according to the way he's played or what he's played with (not sure if this part is true or even possible).
Something I would really like to see in PE Is a inbuilt odds calculater so see the odds during/after the hand quickly. Also having some sort of pot odds system in PE wouldnt be bad either. When having multiple tables going on at once, you dont really have much time to check all these out.
Glad to hear of those tournament improvements since truthfully atm, I have no use of PE but I'm sure I will have alot of use of it in the future. |

Actually the Genius differs quite a lot from Poker Evolver, as it is a poker odds calculator and not a tracker like PE. Its features are specifically aimed to help you while you play, but it doesn't have means to analyze your hands afterwards or track your bankroll like PE does.
And yes, it is possible to predict your opponent's hole cards to some extent by various means.

Seems I can count your vote on adding pot odds to PE. Thanks. |

| Alright, so is it possible to add features from Genius then into PE. Making it a sort of "All-in-one" program. Though a good poker player already knows what his odds are in most situations, there are still some times when I find myself calculating odds quickly on hitting my outs vs pot odds and I'm sure if the odds were at display I'd eventually have all situations memorized down to the bone. |

| It is possible, yes. And as PE has its HUD, it already is an "all-in-one" program in that sense. We are, and will be, adding new features to every part of PE, so HUD will get its share. What those features are depends much on the feedback just like what you've given us. The tournament support has raised its head as well because we've received positive feedback on PE doing its job well in cash games. |
