- Possibility to make a database backup

Improvements:
- Faster identifying whether the hand is already imported to the Poker Evolver database

Bugs Fixed:
- Empty HUD and live window were shown for tournament tables altough tournament hands are not tracked.
- Exitting of Poker Evolver was allowed when importing hand history files manually and this caused crash.
- User's manual was not always opened to the default web browser.
- At Ongame network HUD statistics boxes of some positions were at top of notes and player rating icons.
- Stopping manual importing of Ongame database sometimes caused a crash.
