Improvements:
- Improved manual hand importing
- Added instructions to user's manual for configuring iPoker clients for live tracking

Bugs fixed:
- [Evaluation] Program crashes caused evaluation version to fail starting
- Some iPoker hand histories with heads up situation caused crash
- It was not possible to shut down windows when Poker Evolver was running
- It was not possible to close Poker Evolver cleanly using Task Manager
- 'Import all hand history files from folder...' did not work with iPoker hand histories
- Trying to import Play money hands of iPoker caused crash
- Trying to import xml files which was not iPoker hand history files, caused crash
