It is not an easy job to get Poker Evolver to import every possible hand. We have tested it with large amounts of hands on supported poker rooms but there can always be tricky ones which do not get imported. Poker rooms also tend to change the format of their hand histories often which can cause additional headache.

If you have a hand which is ignored or which even causes Poker Evolver to crash, please email it to us and we will fix the problem. Hands can be emailed to support(at)pokerevolver.com.
